Summer science bootcamp

A one-week, in-person STEM summer camp hosted by Foothill Science Olympiad.

Summer Science Bootcamp is a one-week STEM summer camp hosted by Foothill Science Olympiad at the Pleasanton Library, geared towards middle schoolers who are interested in deeper exploration of STEM subjects. Our bootcamp has five primary focuses:

Biology
Earth and Space
Chemistry
Inquiry & Nature of Science
Engineering

Our goal is to provide middle schoolers with an in-depth introduction to specific branches of science. Local college and high school students will lecture and lead activities centered around material of an advanced high-school or early college level.
